Classification
A: University Units
The following users are recognized
under this classification and are exempt from all fees,
except as outlined below.
1. All Appalachian State University
organizational units (as indicated in the University
organizational chart). Programs of the Office of Arts and Cultural Programs
receive first priority in the scheduling of the
facility.
2. Officially recognized student organizations
presenting their own programs in conjunction with and
under the direct supervision of their advisor.
3. Officially recognized faculty/staff
organizations presenting their own programs.
Classification
B: Non-Affiliated Users
All other users
fall under this classification, and are subject to
the fees outlined on the Rate Schedule titled "All
Other Users". Distinctions are made in this category
between "For-Profit" and "Non-Profit".
