On
or about April 1st of each year, the Office of Arts and Cultural
Programs will make available a copy of
the latest usage polices for Farthing Auditorium,
along with copies of "Request for Use" forms.
Requests for
use should be routed to the Technical Director
of Farthing Auditorium, and each will be handled
from that point on a first-come, first-served basis.
(No requests from departments will be considered
prior to the release of the next year's calendar
by the Office of Arts and Cultural Programs.) All Classification
A users will be given booking priority until approximately 2 weeks after calendar opening, when the facility will be made available for
booking by annual Classification B users. After May 1,
all Classifications will be given equal priority
and events will be booked on a first-come, first
served basis. University-approved student groups
will also need the signatures of both the group's
faculty advisor and an appropriate representative
of the event before the
use request is approved. There is a fee structure that will be discussed with University Units Advisor prior to booking the facility.
