Farthing Auditorium is located in the heart of the Appalachian State University campus.  It is a non-union house dedicated to progressive programming for the students.  The auditorium operates with skilled student labor supervised by Technical Director Guerry McLaurin and her assistant, Scott Haynes.

Dedicated in July 1976, Farthing Auditorium is a 1,734 seat venue which has proudly hosted some of the finest entertainers from America and around the globe.
